Our Fully Automated Modular Brine Filter Systems are completely pre assembled, including platform, all air tubing and electrical lines for air operated process valves and instruments. All other accessories are installed as well.
After complete assembly, the system is mechanically and electrically tested.
Piping is separated in two sections, upper and lower valve nests. The piping system is sufficiently supported, keeping the maximum amount of lines in place for economical transportation and minimum assembly time on site.

Also coded pressure vessels are built according to customers requirements.
We have experienced engineers available for supervision during erection, testing and start up of the system on site.
